I am Chris.  I have a passion for nutrition and healthy living.

A few years ago, I embraced a Mediterranean-style diet to lose weight and lower cholesterol and triglycerides.  I ended up losing a total of 100 pounds and lowered my cholesterol and triglycerides significantly.

My journey to better health has been very easy and a lot of fun.  You see, I totally enjoy the wholesome, healthy, flavorful foods.

I started this blog, The Mediterranean Diet Unplugged, to share my passion for nutrition and healthy living with others and hopefully help them improve their health.  I write mostly about amazing foods and ways to enjoy them.

My mission is for The Mediterranean Diet Unplugged to be the most relied on blog and resource for people who want to eat and live healthier.
